New cocktail lineup at Joeys Restaurants (CONTEST)

JOEY Restaurants has launched their new cocktail lineup that pays tribute to the classics – with a JOEY twist of course. With this lineup they are also introducing their Fresh Juicing Program. This means all their cocktails will use juice that is freshly squeezed in house. They are also incorporating unique ingredients that are exclusive to JOEY including passionfruit syrup, elderflower cordial and custom bitters.  The combination of hand pressed juice and unique ingredients make these cocktails delicious, balanced and fresh.

The new lineup includes twists on the classics like:

The Elderflower Collins

Elder Flower

This gin classic is transformed with fresh grapefruit juice and notes of elderflower. Garnished with a crisp watermelon radish it has some real curb appeal.

Passionfruit Margarita

Passion Fruit

Made with egg whites to add a frothy richness this drink is brought to the next level with vibrant tropical flavours.

Chocolate Old Fashioned

Old Fashioned

A surprising and refreshing twist on a classic, this version is made with notes of chocolate and grapefruit. The citrus from the grapefruit compliments the sweetness of the Maker’s Mark bourbon while the chocolate adds a smoothness to finish it off.

Blueberry Mojito

Blueberry vodka acts as the base while fresh blueberries, lime juice, organic cane syrup and mint This JOEY original is back for the summer. Blueberry vodka, fresh blueberries, lime juice, organic cane syrup and mint.

Plum Sour

Frothy egg whites add fullness to a classic Maker’s Mark bourbon sour while the addition of plum sake adds distinction to the mix.

Summer Sangria

Summer Sangria

With a mix of red and white wine, brandy fresh juices and fruit this classic will quench your thirst on a hot day.

Pimm’s Cup

This 1823 classic can’t be made without Pimm’s No. 1 Cup, ginger ale and cucumber. To bring into the 21st century we added our lemon-lime slush, you guessed it, made with fresh squeezed juice!
