It’s no secret that Vancouver is seriously into brunch.

Whether it’s a quick over the counter avo toast or a four-course mid-morning feast with glass upon glass of mimosas, this city has enough brunches to fill up your weekends this month about 100 times over.

Available on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, Dachi brunch offers diners a beautiful and simple menu of morning bites. Expect sunny side up eggs with pork belly and potatoes, smoked trout, poached eggs and mushrooms, Kabocha squash Okonomiyaki, and a cheese and charcuterie spread on this mid-morning selection.

Pourhouse’s weekend brunch services returns! This Gastown spot will serve up its brunch menu weekends from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, and on Sunday guests can enjoy live music on Sundays. Eats like the peameal bacon sandwich, veggie hash, and French toast will all be up for order alongside boozy brunch drinks.
