“I think in the end it chose me. I’ve always been creative and artistic, but never Thespian. My actor friends hate when I call myself the reluctant actor, but that really is what I am. I was reluctant to start, and bad at it, I think I still am, but I have a very Buddhist approach to it and it seems to work. I’ve lost a lot of things that are important to me in my 33 years, so as long as you leave your best in the room, who cares if I lose the role or the job. I never had it in the first place and there’s always another job.”
