Nabebugyo brings personalized hot pots to Cambie Street

A new hot pot spot has opened in Cambie Village, replacing a retail outlet at 3190 Cambie Street.

Nabebugyo features a range of globally-inspired hot pot options, including slightly sweet Japanese hot pots, as well as spicy Korean-style and hot and sour Thai-varieties.

Patrons who drop by this 36-seat locale and partake in hot pot dining will find individual sized hot plates, where raw ingredients (like beef, pork, vegetables, noodles, and more) are cooked in pots of steaming, bubbling broth.

First time hot pot diners will find all the details they need about cooking this warming dish on the menu, which restaurant manager Ms. Kotoge remarks over the phone includes instructions and tips on how to cook this hands-on meal.
