Influence Vancouver's health priorities and be entered to win

Dec 19 2017, 5:25 pm

The Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health and eHealth Strategy Office at UBC want to learn more about your health, lifestyle choices, community involvement and neighbourhood characteristics in order to help improve future community programs and services that are more relevant to your health and wellness needs.

To do so, My Health My Community, a web-based health and wellness survey, was created to give residents the opportunity to help influence their community’s health priorities.

Why the survey? Simple – to improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve. In order to create better local-level programs and policies, they need to better understand the community’s health status and needs.

Who should take the survey? Anyone over the age of 18 that lives in the Metro Vancouver area.

Anyone who completes the survey will be eligible to win prizes (like an iPad). Odds of winning are 1 in 500.
