A well-hidden secret inside Army and Navy, Jack’s Place is a lunch counter that serves up hot food at a bargain price. A prime example being, full-sized grilled cheese sandwiches for $1.75. At Hungry Guys, you can get either a burrito or a bowl for $8.89. Considering that the price already includes your choice of protein (unlike a lot of other places), it’s already halfway there to being a steal.
