If you have been out to some of the Hip Hop shows around town, you might have heard of KAi Sky Walker before. The relatively young Hip Hop artist from Vancouver has opened up for acts such as Juelz Santana, Yelawolf, Dead Prez, Bun B and most recently, Bone Thugz-N-Harmony. Even though he is only in his early 20’s, KAi has shown much maturity and knowledge in what it takes to make it these days.
KAi has been building his fan base opening for these acts and showcasing his versatility. His repertoire has something for everyone from the inspirational and heart felt songs to the high-energy tracks. He understands how it works in the Pop world and is able to be appealing in the mainstream without compromising who he is and his style. It is a well-structured balance and great to listen to. After opening up for all of these artists, KAi will headline his first show on Sunday, February 5th at The Electric Owl. Lazeevil, Something in Wonderland and Kat Glavas will be opening for him.
