I recently sat down with Andrew Lee of In Medias Res in Gastown on a cold and rainy day. We chatted for 40 minutes about how the Vancouver indie scene and their band evolved over the last 13 years. Unfortunately, we had to cut down the interview to 14 minutes, but we will be releasing more footage later on.
In this video, Andrew Lee and I discussed their lengthy break from performing and releasing music, the major changes of being an indie band over a decade ago in comparison to today, how the indie scene has evolved and so much more! At the end of our talk, Lee talked about what In Medias Res has planned out for their next album.
