Some SkyTrain riders got a musical surprise during their Father’s Day commute when HUM Canada, a local non-profit organization, took their talents to the Canada Line.
The group of musicians boarded the trains inconspicuously and then suddenly burst into song, accompanied by a myriad of guitars, saxophones and shakers.
Singing favourites such as “Just the Way You Are”, “Kiss the Girl” and “Sunday Morning,” this musical group quickly had the other commuters dancing and snapping along to the tunes. There were cell phones taken out left and right as people scrambled to get a shot of this interesting commuting experience.
HUM is a local non-profit organization that uses music to spread happiness and joy throughout the community. Despite having only been around for just over a year, HUM has already started to gain local attention, and you can be assured they got the attention of the other passengers on Sunday.
