Muse is recording new album in Gastown

Muse is rumored to be recording their seventh album in Vancouver at The Warehouse Studios. The band instagrammed this photo with the caption “Finished session late night in Vancouver and came across this sequence of leaves, who did this? Nice surprise!” on Sunday night.

The album is being produced by Robert “Mutt” Lange and will have more of a traditional “rock” sound, relying on guitars, bass, and drums.

According to the band’s Instagram account, they began recording at the beginning of October. The album is slated to be released in summer 2015.
