Vancouver landlords are becoming more creative with their move-in incentives to draw the eyes and attention of potential tenants. Even with the ongoing pandemic, home sales in Metro Vancouver saw a major increase over 2020.

According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), conditions in Metro Vancouver’s housing market strengthened even further for sellers in February 2021, with sales reaching 43% above the 10-year sales average for the month.
