New data revealed today by Yelp Canada shows trends on the places, businesses and foods Canadians are passionate about. Yelp, the website and mobile application that connects people with great local businesses, is continuing to grow across Canada, with markets in Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and now Ottawa. We’ve talked about Canadian’s favourite eateries, now we look a the most photographed places.
Most photographed places in Canada:
- Vancouver’s picturesque (and 5 star rated!) Stanley Park has the most photos uploaded in all of Canada with photos of everything from trees and totem poles to lighthouses and statues. It’s not only the crown jewel of BC it’s the crown jewel of Canada.
- In Montreal, Yelpers are most likely to share photos from Martin Picard’s famous Au Pied de Cochon, including foie-gras and duck in a can.
- Torontonian’s are snap-happy for sashimi and sake from Guu Izakaya.
