From dishes that are culinary experiences to photogenic plates, you’re going to want to make sure you have your phone out for these seven Instagram-able dishes found in Metro Vancouver.

1. Ebo Restaurant’s Sundae Surprise for 2

Delta Hotel’s Ebo Restaurant serves up a unique dessert: a giant chocolate globe packed with treats (ice cream, sorbet, pop rocks, candied almonds, honeycomb, jelly, rice krispies, brownies, and strawberries). The presentation is an experience: hot coconut sauce is poured over the sphere, melting the chocolate and revealing the goods inside.

2. Crackle Crème’s Macarons

In addition to serving artisan, small-batch crème brulee and Belgian liege waffles, Crackle Crème is also offering adorable novelty macarons in the form of treasured characters like Winnie the Pooh, Totoro, Minions, and Pikachu.

3. Kishimoto’s Smoke-Infused Salmon Oshi

Kishimoto on Commercial Drive is not short of photo-worthy plates, but there is one dish that stands out presentation-wise: their Smoke-Infused Salmon Oshi. One single salmon oshi is infused with smoke and housed in a tiny glass dish with a lid that’s lifted when it’s brought to you.

4. 720 Sweets’ Soft Serve Ice Cream

720 Sweets is serving up soft serve ice cream with creative toppings: S’more Please, The Milky Way, The Classic, Honey720, and Cloud Nine. Their claim to fame is the addition of nitrogen smoke in a second cup, creating an ethereal effect as you enjoy the first few bites.

5. Mink Chocolate’s S’mores

Mink Chocolate offers a fancy build-your- own-s’mores set for those that want to enjoy the honored campfire tradition without the actual camping. The set consists of a small hibachi flame, a small pot of melted Mink chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.

6. The BBT Shop’s Bubble Waffle

Following the success of their Richmond location, the BBT shop opened a second storefront on Robson, serving up the same bubble waffles with snap-worthy presentation. Their fluffy bubble waffles are loaded with toppings like strawberries,Oreos, marshmallows, mangos, and more.

7. Steveston Pizza Co.’s Princess Pizza
