From May 30th to June 12th, the Hyatt Regency Vancouver’s Executive Chef Thomas Heinrich is presenting a Japanese inspired Chef’s Tasting Menu at Mosaic Bar & Grille. For $45 per person or $65 with wine pairings, diners will be treated to a beautiful five course meal.
