Storm clouds forming over Vancouver real-estate market. Really? Well, nobody told the people who lined up on Thursday night just so they can get their hands on the new development on Marine Drive & Cambie. Yep, all 415 units at Marine Gateway sold out within hours of sales opening. The units were well priced for the Vancouver market, however, one has to ask themselves when will this buying spree stop? 

Foreign buyers? Pot growers? Who has money to buy Vancouver’s over priced real estate? Vancouver is full of wealthy people, perhaps there are more out there than the general public perceives. After all there has to be reason the Real Housewives first foray into Canada landed in Vancouver.

Dear Toronto, welcome to our nightmare. You can have our housing bidding wars but in return don’t come asking us for a real NHL team.
