Residents in Metro Vancouver can expect an extended period of above seasonal and sunny weather for most of the coming week.
On Tuesday, temperatures could reach as high as 22°C inland, with cooler conditions by the water.

According to Environment Canada, more fair weather is expected throughout the weekend, into at least Monday. But a slight blip might happen later in the week on Friday when there is a chance of cloud cover and light showers.
For the most part, sunny conditions will prevail due to a strong high pressure system over British Columbia.
