However, this appeared to be short-lived relief, as the company once again alerted that the system was once again experiencing an “issue.”

On Wednesday afternoon, Mobi GM Mia Kohout told Daily Hive that “as of now, our system is fully operational and up and running,” and the company is “working hard to diagnose and fix this issue.”
She’s “hopeful that we will have no further issues but until we can diagnose the issue we are not 100% certain it won’t happen again.”
At this point, Kohout said a cause of the system issue hasn’t been identified, but “we believe it is a connectivity issue.”
In the meantime, Kohout said Mobi thanks its customers for their patience and understanding around the issue.
“Our customer service team is available to answer any questions, and rest assured to our members that you will not be incurring any overage fees as a result of this issue,” she said.
