Dec 19 2017, 4:47 pm

The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing 65 year old woman with dementia.

Pauline Wong wandered away from her home in the 6000 block of Beatrice Street in Vancouver at about 1 p.m. on Monday. She is described as Asian, 5 feet tall, approximately 115 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Mrs. Wong may appear to be confused or disorientated and requires regular medication. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jacket with a hood, and blue jeans. Family, friends and police are concerned for her well-being.

A search of the area around her home, as well as checks of other police agencies, public transit, taxi companies and local hospitals have failed to turn up any sign of Mrs Wong.

Anyone who sees Pauline Wong is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately, ask for police and ambulance, and to stay with her until officers arrive.
