Vancouver Police are looking for a 30-year-old woman who has not been seen or heard from by her family or friends since Thursday, September 8.
According to VPD, Natsumi Kogawa, a Japanese student studying English in Vancouver, was last seen in downtown on Wednesday, September 7 and was last in contact with friends on September 8. She is described by police as an Asian female, 4’11” tall with a slim build, long hair, and brown eyes. She is said to be an experienced traveller and might be carrying a black backpack with her.
Anyone with information on Kogawa’s whereabouts is asked to contact Vancouver Police.
