First Look at Japanese Concept Minami in Yaletown

This winter, after the conclusion of Dine Out Vancouver, Goldfish Seafood & Chops at 1118 Mainland Street in Yaletown closed its doors. In its place a new Japanese concept, named Minami (from the same people that brought you Miku), is set to open in summer 2012. We had the opportunity to get  a sneak peek at the inner workings of the Minami space. Here are our photos from our tour. Loving the Japanese mural.
