Pearl Castle Café offers this huge helping of the classic eastern dish, but only at its Continental Centre location in Richmond.

Comprised of thick noodles, beef, and veggies, The Beef Noodle Colossal’s size is equivalent to three or four bowls of a regular helping, and they claim it’s the biggest in the Vancouver area.
It’s got approximately 4x the number of noodles, 3x the amount of beef, and 3.5x the broth of a regular Taiwanese beef noodle.
Available in regular, tomato, or spicy, the creation is $30-$33 depending on which variety you choose.
