
Environment Canada has called off a snowfall warning that was previously in effect over Metro Vancouver.
The bulletin, which was issued earlier on Monday, affected the following areas:
- Metro Vancouver – central including the City of Vancouver Burnaby and New Westminster
- Metro Vancouver – North Shore, including West Vancouver and North Vancouver
- Metro Vancouver – northeast including Coquitlam and Maple Ridge
The forecast over Metro Vancouver now calls for “showers except for a few wet flurries over higher terrain.”
A mix of sun and clouds is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, with another possibility of rain or flurries on Thursday.

Multiple snowfall warnings had been issued by Environment Canada, calling for anywhere between five and 15 cm over Metro Vancouver.
