Vancouver’s Coal Harbour is getting its first cold-pressed juice shop. MELU Juice and Health Bar is set to open on July 15, 2015.
In addition to a menu of cold-pressed juices using what co-owner Angela Luo calls “unique ingredients,” MELU will boast an array of beverages, including Detox Water, as well as edible treats.

Their MELU Health Bars are bar-shaped raw cakes made “of wholesome ingredients without any added sugar, addictive, or preservatives,” explains Luo. Look for other food creations like their raw, vegan “Undercover Spaghetti and Meatballs.”
Much of what’s on the MELU menu is raw, vegan, and gluten-free.
