In this episode of Hyphy.TV, we sit down to chat with Martini about what it takes to make it in the streetwear and clothing industry in Vancouver.

As owner of the longest running streetwear and sneaker retail store in Vancouver, Jeff Martin aka Martini is a well established figure in the street culture of Vancouver. Since 2000, Dipt has been the premiere store in Vancouver for showcasing urban streetwear and culture; countless brands have been first introduced to Canada through Dipt and Martini. If you want to start a brand in Vancouver, Martini is the man to talk to.

Vancity Originals, one of Martini’s many “side projects,” is responsible for one of the most iconic fashion prints in Vancouver. Known as the “un-DMC” or to most simply the “VANCITY” hoodie, chances are you’ve seen it nearly everywhere in Vancouver.

In additional to all of that, Martini also owns one of the largest private sneaker collections in Canada. With over 500 pairs of Nike Air Force 1’s to his name, Martini has been featured on television, documentaries, and the news about his 1000+ sneaker collection.
