Much-loved Tokyo ramen spot to open a new Metrotown location soon

One of Vancouver’s – and Jason Momoa’s – favourite ramen spots, Marutama Ra-men, is officially opening a new location soon.
The must-try shop hails from Tokyo and already operates three Vancouver locations, and this will be the brand’s first foray into Metro Vancouver’s foodie scene, as it’s planning to open in Burnaby.

Known as the ‘pioneer of Tori-Paitan’ ramen, Marutama will be opening an outpost where Raijin Ramen previously operated.
The Marutama team told Daily Hive they will be aiming to open up shop in September.
