And the theme will be all about our closest planetary neighbour, Mars.

Cosmic Nights is a 19-plus event takes place on April 27, from 6:30 pm and will feature two showings of the planetarium show: Journey to Mars.

During the show, guests will experience the journey to Mars that past robotic missions like Curiosity have taken, and shown how humans may travel there in the future.

There will also be flyover of the red planet, and 360 degree visuals based on real photos taken by past Mars missions.

There will also be a lecture at 8 pm and 9 pm, by Dr. Melissa Rice from Western Washington University, who will speak about the Curiosity and Exploration Rover missions, as well as plans for Nasa’s next missions.
