Man wanted on Canada-wide warrant for breaking conditions of parol

Richard Cooper, 30, is wanted in a Canada-wide warrant for breaking the terms of his supervised release from prison.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Cooper.

He is serving a four-year-and-one-month sentence for counts of Sexual Interference, Control Movement to Compel Prostitution, and Traffic Person for Material Under 18 years of age.

Cooper is described as 5’10”, 205 lbs, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

According to ROPE, Cooper has several tattoos including a money sign skull and Jessica Rabbit on his right arm.

He has five stars with rainbow-coloured brass knuckles on his left arm, an eye on his right upper arm, and “COOPER” on his right forearm.

He also has an anchor on his right thumb, a fairy on his right calf, and a devil with a pitchfork and flames on his upper back.

Cooper is known to frequent the Toronto area.
