Man seriously injured in Yaletown restaurant stabbing

A 35-year-old man was seriously injured following an altercation at a restaurant in Yaletown on Wedesday night.

According to Vancouver Police, the incident occurred just before 9 p.m. when officers responded to a report of a stabbing at KiBo Restaurant and Lounge at 1261 Hamilton Street.

Upon arrival, officers found a man who was suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to hospital and is now in stable condition.

The Vancouver Police Major Crime Section is investigating the incident. They are looking for one male suspect who fled the restaurant before officers arrived.
