Since Vancouver’s inception in 1886, it’s been a spectacular city, with beautiful natural surroundings and diverse neighbourhoods. Our clean streets and shorelines are among the reasons why Vancouver is one of the most livable cities in the world.
Keep Vancouver Spectacular is your chance to help make our city an even better place to live. This annual city-wide cleanup campaign is held every May by the City of Vancouver, and brings together volunteers to tidy up neighbourhoods all over the city. Community volunteer cleanups are also supported year round.
Last year, a record 18,500 volunteers in 150 groups came together to fill more than 7,000 bags with litter. We need your help to Keep Vancouver Spectacular.
