Maka Releases His Debut Video: True Rudeology

Dec 19 2017, 3:16 pm

Just in time for the sunny, summer months, Vancouver rapper MadMak released his first video True Rudeology off of his upcoming Rude Man LP. The video is a throw back to an era when you used to record your favourite music videos on an old VHS tape.

Maka is not a new name to the rap scene in Vancouver. He was a co-founder of the high energy group Okay City. As a member of Okay City, Maka shared the stage with the likes of  Hilltop Hoods (Aus), Sweatshop Union (Can), Mac Miller (US) and opening up for such acts as Talib Kweli, Planet Asia and Micky Avalon.

Heading into the summer of 2013, Maka is going solo. His upcoming Rude Man LP is on the verge of being released, and the live shows are soon to follow. In the meantime, head over to Maka’s soundcloud page, turn up the bass and get your weekend started off right with these three free tracks.
