On the heels of the wildly popular Fury Road, the Rio Theatre is holding a viewing of the original Mad Max trilogy, starring Mel Gibson as the maddest Max in post-apocalyptic cinema. Catch writer/Director George Miller’s insane vision of an Australian, muscle car filled future at it’s indy roots with Mad Max, all the way up to it’s Tina Turner, battle royale capstone with Beyond Thunderdome.
The Rio is a fully licensed establishment, but minors will be allowed in the balcony area.
