Macklemore and Ryan Lewis want Vancouver talent for music video

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis fans: book off April 1, head downtown, and dance your hearts out for a chance to be in one of their music videos.

The hip hop duo are holding auditions for dancers of all ages, shapes, and sizes, as well as people with unusual talents like acrobatics, martial arts, stunts, and other athletic aptitudes, according to the audition website.

The announcement was made via Facebook on March 24.

Thinking of auditioning? Here’s what you need to know:

• Bring a completed registration form, bio/resume, and headshot.
• No need to prepare – you’ll be asked to freestyle and then learn some choreography onsite.
• Shooting and rehearsals will take place in the first week of May in Seattle
• You can submit a video online if you’re unable to make the audition. Simply do one minute of freestyle, upload it to YouTube and email the link to [email protected].

So show off you talent – you never know, this could be your big break.
