Lumiere & DB Bistro Moderne Closing in Two Weeks

Another two bite the dust as the restaurant casualties continue as both Lumiere and DB Bistro will be closing their doors on March 13th.  Sadly, I feel this is just the beginning. Hopefully I’m wrong.

I suppose Daniel Boulud’s brand was not enough for Vancouverites to head outside downtown for fine dining. Since Daniel Boulud took over, many new options have opened up since in Vancouver. I myself have only been to each establishment once and prefer to stay downtown for my fine dining fix.
