Known by many, conquered by few, Uncle Grant’s Eating Challenge at Lucy’s Eastside Diner is the hardest food challenge in Vancouver.

Brave patrons who tackle this feat at the Main Street diner aim to chow down on six four-ounce beef patties, six pieces of cheese, 12 pieces of bacon, two grilled cheese sandwiches, along with a hefty side of poutine and mac and cheese, which is topped with a generous dose of pulled pork.

Oh, and they also need to take down a 26-ounce milkshake – and all in 20 minutes or less.

Those who succeed get a free meal and a coveted spot on the Wall of Fame while losers leave with shame, heartburn, and their picture on the Wall of Shame of this 24-hour comfort food hotspot.

Whichever way your challenge ends, you’re definitely going to need some Pepto Bismol. Plan accordingly.
