Vicarious home hunters rejoice; Love It or List It Vancouver is coming back for a fourth season.
Greenlit by the W Network, the fourth season of the Big Coast Productions project will run 26 episodes, showcasing Vancouver homeowners “struggling with homes that no longer suit their needs,” according to a press release.
“We’re thrilled that W Network has ordered Season 4 and are looking forward to sharing more family stories, set against the spectacular backdrop and unique architecture of Vancouver,” Executive Producer Maria Armstrong said in the release.
Hosted by designer Jillian Harris and real estate expert Todd Talbot, Love It or List It Vancouver is part of a family of programs covering locations in Canada, the UK, and the United States.
“Year three of Love It or List It Vancouver was an extraordinary achievement and we can’t wait to see where the fourth season of the show will take us,” Co-Executive Producer Catherine Fogarty said in the release. “As this series continues to explode in popularity, it also highlights the strength of the Love It or List It franchise, a hit Canadian TV program shown worldwide across 110 territories, with signed format deals in the UK, France, Belgium and Australia.”
Season four will premiere in Fall 2016 on the W Network. New episodes of season three will air in February. More information on Love It or List It Vancouver can be found online.
