The Lobby Lounge to launch 'Spot Prawn Long Board' experience May 18

The Lobby Lounge and RawBar, located on the lobby level in the Fairmont Pacific Rim, is launching a limited edition Spot Prawn longboard lunch for groups of two or more.
Only available on weekends from 11 am to 2 pm starting May 18, this omakase feast is $65 per person and features several a number of spot prawn dishes.

Diners can expect a starter of spot prawn miso soup and West Coast oysters, along with a selection of poached BC spot prawns, Nigiri, Aburi sable Motoyaki roll, ceviche, and poké.
All of this will be served on a driftwood longboard by Raven Timberworks.
Be sure to make your reservation while the spot prawns are still in season.
