English singer-songwriter Lloyd Cole comes to the Rio Theatre Saturday, June 18.
Best known for his role as lead singer of Lloyd Cole and the Commotions (from 1984 to 1989), and for his succeeding solo work, Cole will use his upcoming live performances to play the “classic Lloyd Cole songbook”. The set lists for Cole’s 2016 shows will comprise of material from 1983 to 1996 only. While most of the concerts will be acoustic affairs, there will be a few band performances as well.
