[UPDATED] Lions Gate Bridge closed in both directions due to police incident

UPDATE: As of 10:18 pm Drive BC says the incident has been cleared and the bridge is opened in both directions.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Lions Gate Bridge is currently shut down due to a police incident.

According to Drive BC the bridge is closed in both directions.

“Assessment in progress. No estimated time of opening. Please use alternate route and expect delays,” said Drive BC on Twitter.
