The Leo Awards are an annual celebration of the BC Film and Television Industry and this year’s lineup boasted influencers such as Carmen Moore, Michael Eklund and host Christopher Heyerdahl.
Gala nights are always so visually delicious when those being honoured for their contributions and celebrated for excelling in their craft, dress to impress. This year’s winners were captured off-stage in all their finery.
Event sponsor Chloë Angus’s dresses were divine with their First Nations symbolism and lush fabrics.
Eco Fashion Week hosted an exclusive Gift Bag Lounge at this year’s Leo Awards, generously sponsored by Value Village at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
In true Eco Fashion Week style, the gift bag lounge showcased brands which embody similar values of sustainability and eco-consciousness. The beyond beautiful lounge was lined with table after table of complimentary swag for the best of BC’s talent. Highlights were definitely gift certificates from any thrift lover’s paradise Value Village, local consignment hotspots such as Mine & Yours and Turnabout and international beauty purveyor (and our personal) favourite La Biosthetique.
A myriad of locally produced jewelry, beauty products, delicious healthy food and more was on display from ecofriendly brands such as Santivia, Natures Path, Salt Spring Candles, David’s Tea, Strathcona 1890, Hart & Stone, Thera Wise and Smell This.
Enjoy this pictorial journey through the evening with the jubilant winners, the generous sponsors, the smiling volunteers, the style bloggers and the wonderful Myriam Laroche and the staff of Eco Fashion Week.
