Walking into a casino can be a bit overwhelming if you’ve never been. Lights flashing, machines dinging and the odd person yelling “winner winner, chicken dinner!” What do you do? Do you hit or stay? Play inside or outside?
Casino Virgin Academy at Boulevard Casino (soon to be the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver) is just what you need. Every Thursday evening until the end of November, Boulevard Casino wants you to turn your game on and have fun learning new games without the pressure of being on a live table game.
How does it work?
It’s free! Register and dealers will teach you to play Blackjack and Roulette. Each session is 30 minutes and runs between 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Complete both sessions and graduate.
What do you get for graduating?
Once you’ve completed both sessions, you will receive:
- An entry ballot for a chance to win a free trip to Las Vegas*
- Two $5 Blackjack Match Play coupons (to get you started on the live tables)
- Bonus wheel spin – a chance to win more prizes
*All entries prior to October 24 will be included in the October 24 prize draw hosted by Nat & Drew from the Virgin Radio 95.3 morning show. All entries received after October 24 will be included in the November 28 prize draw, also hosted by Nat & Drew.
