Langley man dies after targeted attack

A Langley man has died after he sustained injuries consistent with “foul play,” according to the RCMP.

On Sunday morning shortly before 10:30, police say they were called to a home in the area of 23700 72nd Avenue. When they arrived, they found a man with serious injuries, and he ended up dying as a result.

IHIT is currently investigating, but from the evidence collected so far, the Langley RCMP believes the murder was targeted. Now IHIT, the Langley RCMP, and the BC Coroner’s Service are all trying to piece together the events that led to his death.

The man’s identity is yet to be confirmed.
