We’ve compiled a list of three opportunities the company is hiring for.

Onboard Train Team

  • Positions: Onboard Hosts, Train Support Assistants, Onboard Cleaners

Want an office with a view? Rocky Mountaineer’s onboard train team travels through the jaw-dropping landscapes of Western Canada and Seattle from April to October. If you have hospitality experience, delivering world-class service on a train rolling through the Rockies is truly next level. Not to mention, the memories and friendships that come from a season of working onboard are endless.

Destinations Team

  • Positions: Destination Hosts, Station Management, Luggage Hosts

Rocky Mountaineer travels to world-class destinations including Vancouver, Seattle, Banff, Jasper, and Lake Louise, stopping overnight in Whistler, Kamloops, and Quesnel. As part of the Destinations Team at the stations, you’ll be the first and last person to interact with guests. Responsibilities include greeting, check-ins, luggage handing, and meeting guest needs at arrivals and departures.

Vancouver Head Office

  • Positions: Guest Experience Centre Representatives

Are you a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills? Then the Guest Experience Contact Centre might be your calling. This position is based in our Vancouver head office, where you’ll be responsible for guest inquiries and feedback during and after travel. Charm, mandatory. Call centre experience, preferred.
