The driver of a Lamborghini Murcielago likely took a major ego hit when he lost control of the luxury vehicle and crashed into a chain link fence on Highway 99.
The incident occurred late Sunday morning near the 32nd Avenue exit in Surrey, next to a car wash. Dashcam video taken from another passenger vehicle posted onto YouTube shows that the $400,000 Lamborghini was speeding with a Dodge Viper on the northbound direction.
After passing the car that captured the entire incident, the Lamborghini tried to pass several other vehicles. However, the vehicle lost control and crashed onto the side of the highway.
Fire rescue responders attended to the scene as the car burst into flames after colliding with the fence.

The driver of the severely damaged Lamborghini was a 26-year-old male, according to CTV. Fortunately, nobody was injured in the crash.
No other information about the incident is known. However, the individual who recorded the video says the Lamborghini was not local as it had Alberta license plates.
