Lamborghini, the maker of fine exotic cars (which can be seen cruising the streets of downtown Vancouver on a daily basis) is also the maker of fine clothing. With two stores already in Los Angeles and Beijing, Lamborghini chose Vancouver (Richmond, to be more precise) for it’s third retail location.
The store is located in the Aberdeen Centre, in Richmond (which is slated for expansion with an office component coming soon). Naturally, this begs the question, are the clothes counterfeit? All kidding aside, Richmond seems like a logical choice as there is lots of money being poured into the Richmond economy from China and they would be the target market at this point.
To all the locals who can’t afford a Lamborghini, you may want to atleast dress like you own one. Although, I find that rather comical, it’s like having a Lamborghini and then living in Surrey. Something, just isn’t right about that. This also reminded me of the Friends episode, the one where Joey puts up all that Porsche gear. Anyways, if you have been waiting to get your hands on a Lambo hoodie, go forth to Aberdeen Centre.
