The popular European-style bistro La Brasserie is back. The West End restaurant has been revamped and has new owners, but promises many of the same Franco-German eats with some of the former team returning.
So Monday is the big day La Brasserie will be back on Davie Street.

It’s been nearly a year since La Brasserie shuttered. Months after La Brasserie was no more, its founders, chefs and brother Stephen and Michael Wiese, opened their latest endeavour, Pizza Fabrika.
The Brasserie Burger is among the dishes that will be back when the restaurant opens for dinner at 5 p.m on Monday, April 20. La Brasserie has been teasing on social media about what other items will make it on the new menu. (Poutine, perhaps?) Check them out at the same location to see if the new La Brasserie has what it takes.
