Yesterday Ryan Kesler wasn’t wearing a grey jersey in practice, which signaled that he has been cleared for contact. Alain Vigneault also confirmed he is medically clear to return to regular season action. Kesler returns against the Stars tonight.
Kesler has been out of action for about 10 months, much longer than anticipated.
His return will immediately help the Canucks second line, however, don’t expect heavy minutes from him just yet.He’ll most likely be in a line with Chris Higgins and Zack Kassian.
