
I really love okra. Yep, even its fuzzy outside and slimy insides.

Recently, I’ve had a bit of an obsession with roasting them into “okra chips”. They’re an unreal alternative to potato chips and will satisfy that crunch you may be craving.

Directions:
1. First wash your okra and then pat them dry.

2. Drizzle a few tsps of olive oil and then season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Roast on a baking tray at 425F for 20-25 minutes (turning the okra every 5-7 minutes).

Kale chips are so last year 😉
