Joey and Local now offer Girl Guide cookies for delivery in BC

If there’s one thing we probably all need right now, it’s a top-notch cookie (or seven).

It’s a good thing then that starting today all Joey Restaurants and Local Public Eatery locations in BC will be offering Girl Guide cookies for curbside pickup and delivery.

All proceeds from the sales of the treats will go towards Girl Guides of British Columbia.

“When we heard that Girl Guides of BC were stuck with trying to find new, creative ways to sell 800,000 boxes of cookies, we immediately thought that we could help,” said Britt Innes, VP of marketing at the Joey Restaurant Group.

“In these unprecedented times, there’s a growing need for all of us to come together and support each other and the communities that we operate within. This is just a little way that we can help.”

If you’re looking to purchase some cookies, call your local Joey or Local for curbside pickup, or order delivery online via DoorDash.
