FBI documents released by the U.S. Attorney General’s office state that former Subway spokesman Jared Fogel has plead guilty to having sex with two minors and collecting child pornography – some of it created by the former president of his charitable foundation.

The files detail that Fogel regularly received pictures and video of minors engaging in various sex acts with Russell Taylor, the former president of the Jared Foundation.

Taylor secretly filmed these minors as they changed, used the bathroom, and participated in other activities with Taylor.

The files also detail Fogle traveled to participate in what was defined as “commercial sexual acts” with minors, at upscale New York City hotels like the Plaza Hotel and Ritz Carlton.

In one case Fogle had sex with a minor before asking them to connect him with other minors. Fogle said in a text message that he would “accept a 16 year old girl,” before saying “the younger the girl, the better.”

Fogle has been ordered to pay $1.2 million in restitution to his victims, totalling $100,000 per minor. He will also be registering as a sex offender and begin treatment for a sexual disorder.
