IKEA's cheap Swedish Christmas dinner returns to Metro Vancouver

Our favourite Swedish, ready-to-assemble furniture provider is throwing a series of 2018 holiday dinners that you do not want to miss.

IKEA Coquitlam will be offering its Swedish Christmas dinner on December 4 and 5 while IKEA Richmond has several dates available including December 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, and 20.

Each guest at the dinner will receive a Christmas smörgåsbord – aka a Julbord – with either an oven-baked or boiled Christmas ham, meatballs, herring, marinated salmon, potatoes, eggs, variations of cabbage, crispbread, cheese, gingerbread, saffron, and more.

At the Coquitlam IKEA dinner, patrons will also enjoy the upbeat jazz musical stylings of Clavinova Nights.

Tickets can be purchased in the respective locations’ IKEA Restaurant & Café for $19.99 a head ($7.99 for children 12 and under).
